As Russia’s borders are open to citizens of the Annex 1 (to order 635) states the Adaptation Center is gathering information about incoming international students. That is why we’d like to draw your attention to the steps to be taken in order to ensure that all the requirements are met. They are as follows:
After arrival you are supposed to get the Confirmation Letter that certifies that you are allowed to attend classes in person. The Letter is issued at Zvezdniy Student Center (Komintern St. 3/1). Once you have the Letter you are supposed to get the signature of the Adaptation Center officer first and then the of the Center for International Student Mobility and Recruitment officer. Please, note that students are not allowed to attend classes in person until they get the Letter duly signed.
