Track 1: Digital economy. Development of human capital in the digital economy: in search of new meanings
Implementation of the Russian digital economy program, creation of the information society, Industry 4.0, transformation of business models in digital markets are issues that require research by scientists. New digital tools and technologies for human development of modern organizations, smart-learning, gaming, soft-skills formation, mentoring assist in making human resources a competitive advantage of companies. How do new management technologies affect the change in the models of personnel development in the conditions of digitalization of society and the economy? The digitalization of the economy, connected with the comprehensive processes of computerization, Internetization, and the robotization of people's activities, more than ever actualizes the problems of talent management, since it makes the professional and personal competencies of a modern employee at any level of the organizational hierarchy unique. That is why talent management is becoming a key business process and a driver of innovative development of the organization. These and other related issues will be discussed by experts within the framework of this track.

Track 2: Enterprise engineering and modeling
Digital transformations that occur in business, public life, the sphere of state and municipal governance require management. Creation business models, business processes, digital services, enterprise architecture requires the use of formal notations, as well as a new look at the organization of modern enterprises. The use of reusable knowledge, modern frameworks, sets of knowledge can reduce the time and use the best practices in the design of digital organizations.

Track 3: Information Systems Management
The high dependence of modern enterprises on information technology places special demands on the information systems used. Forming requirements, managing the lifecycle of information systems, using standard notations in designing information systems, agile development methods and standard approaches to managing IT projects are key to success in digital enterprise transformation. Transition from service management models to IT value management, IT management processes are examples of issues discussed in this track.

Track 4: Big data research, decision support, business intelligence methods
On the one hand, data in the digital era is becoming an independent product, on the other hand, thanks to modern technology, an enterprise receives an excess flow of data that it cannot store. Heterogeneous data streams require new approaches for collecting, processing, storing and presenting them to consumers. A modern enterprise is forced to process not only internal data, but external data. Analysis of data processing methods, decision support, data quality and other relevant issues will be discussed within this track.

Track 5: Quality of the population as a condition for the digital economy development
The development of the digital economy is aimed at raising the level and quality of life. At the same time, the quality of the population itself should be considered as one of the most important factors in the digital economy development, which can both accelerate and slow down the processes of digitalization of all life spheres. The population, depending on the propensity to innovate, computer skills and the use of digital technology, varies considerably by age, level of education, income, place of residence. Therefore, it is necessary to search for effective methods for developing professional and user competencies in using digital technologies. Within the framework of the track, issues of interrelation between the quality of the population and the processes of digitalization of the socio-cultural and economic spheres of its vital activity and its inclusion in strategies and programs of social and economic development are examined.

Track 6: Digitalization of labor as a factor of its humanization
At present, digital technologies are the key drivers of the society and economy development. Understanding that blurring boundaries between the physical and digital worlds can lead to a radical revision of all types of relations exacerbates the need to comprehend, study and seek ways of adjusting to new requirements. Despite the active development of digital technologies in all areas of economic activity, including labor relations, their capabilities, advantages and disadvantages have not yet been adequately studied. Some scholars emphasize the negative aspects, but there is no doubt that the merits of progress outweigh the negative consequences already in the medium term. Within the framework of the track, positive aspects of digitalization and their influence on various aspects of labor relations will be considered.

Track 7: Digitalization of labor as a factor of social pollution
Digitalization of the economy has led to the transformation of labor activity and the emergence of new forms of labor relations between employers and employees. Nevertheless, the issues of assessing the impact of these processes on employee well-being have not yet received sufficient attention of the science and practice of human resource management. There is no doubt that the digitalization of the economy and labor activity, along with its positive influence has a negative impact on employees, being one of the factors of social pollution of the labor sphere. As part of the track, the causal relationship between the digitalization of the economy, the labor relations transformation and employee well-being are examined.

Track 8: Future digjobs and education programs
Robots start replacing human workforce: trained workers, as well as high school and university educated workers in routine positions (e.g. robots - welders, milling machines, and robots in HR for online interviewing, credit processing, and banking contracts online). For employers who want to be socially responsible, this means investing in retraining and for employees - taking responsibility for their lifelong self-education. The current problem is to identify future digjobs and to prepare effective education programs.
