Talent Management Wellbeing 5.0 program under the auspices of the UrFU Summer School launched at Ural Institute of Humanities
On June 28, 2021, Ural Institute of Humanities in cooperation with the Department of International Educational Programs and partner universities launched the educational program «Talent Management Wellbeing 5.0: the New Digital Organizational Behavior». It is an online program for Master’s and PhD students from the UPAEP University (Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla). The UPAEP University has been a partner of UrFU since 2014. The initiative is coordinated by the Department of International Educational Programs, Ural Federal University, headed by Yana Vysotskaya. The Department has considerable experience of organizing the UrFU Summer University under the auspices of which the educational program on talent management is held.
The content of the educational program was created by the Department of Human Resources and Psychology drawing on years of experience of teaching “International Human Resources Management” in English. The program on human resources management is headed by Associate Professor Elena Lysenko.
Talent Management Wellbeing 5.0: the New Digital Organizational Behavior» is comprised of 14 modules. Among them are “Industry 5.0: A New Paradigm of Human Resource Management”, “Talent Management as A System and A Technology”, “Digital Recruitment: How to Attract Talents?”, “Digitalization of Motivational Systems: How to Keep the Best Human Resources?”, etc. Participants are also expected to work on their scientific skills and prepare their works that they will defend as a result.
The lecturers are very experienced scholars and practitioners: Associate Professors Elena Lysenko, Mokerova, Anna Gurariy, Alyona Fyodorova, Elizaveta Golousova and the Director for Human Recourses of “GUDSR Ltd” Elena Kutantseva.
There are rich engagement and networking opportunities for participants: virtual tours, workshops and meetups with successful businesspersons and practitioners on a whole host of relevant issues, like building professional skills, career consulting, building digital systems of talent management, innovative leadership practices and engagement.
Cultural program includes cooking master classes, quests and quizzes.
